Songbird Studios may take photographs, videos, or audio recordings of students during lessons, rehearsals, performances, or school activities.
These may be used only for the following purposes:
- Promotion of the music school (e.g. website, social media)
- Educational and developmental purposes
The school will:
- Not publish students’ full names alongside any media
- Use media only on official school platforms
- Ensure all content is appropriate and respectful
- Store media securely and limit access to authorised staff
Written consent must be provided by a parent or guardian. Consent may be withdrawn at any time in writing and will not affect a student’s participation. If consent is not given, the student will not be included in promotional or development media.
