- Lesson fees are payable every four weeks in advance to secure a regular lesson slot.
- Fees are charged for the reserved time slot, not attendance.
- Payment is still required if a student does not attend a lesson, for any reason.
- Missed lessons are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If a student wishes to stop lessons, 48 hours’ written notice is required. Failure to give notice will result in the next payment period being charged.
- If a lesson is cancelled by the teacher or school, a make-up lesson or credit will be offered.
- By enrolling, students and parents/guardians agree to this policy.
